Fantastic tone on this and a lovely guitar to play. One of only two guitars I have with an ebony fretboard (the other being the Patrick Eggle). I don't know why it's not more widely used. I much prefer it to rosewood. I bought this guitar at an acoustic specialist shop in Denmark St, London. I really wanted a quality acoustic and they took me into a locked room where all the good stuff was. I tested a number of guitars including a Martin and for me this one had easily the best tone.
